Hi Janice,

I just wanted to take a moment to express my deepest personal thanks for all you did in arranging our trip. Dinner at Portofino's Wednesday night was an incredible experience. Not only was the service and food quality above and beyond, the dessert was simply the very best I have ever experienced.

But above even that, I have repeatedly thru the entire trip marveled at your professional knowledge as it translates into serving your clients. From your ship selection to the stategic and incredible location of our stateroom, every aspect shows you are the penultimate travel professional.
