I would like to take a few minutes to let you know about my experience in travel and with your company. I am one of these do it yourselfers when it comes to booking travel on-line. In short, it doesn't work. I recently took a trip and booked a hotel through one of the travel discount sites. I thought I was getting a good deal in a great hotel by the ocean, wrong! I quickly realized that these sites are set up to look pretty and sell hotels. You can't get customer service through a web-site. Then I ran into Travel Unlimited at Borders one evening. Never had I been so happy. My husband and I went into the office a week later to discuss where we want to go and what we expected from our destination. We met with Vicki and she actually listened to what we were saying and took notes. She was awesome! The other agents even contributed to the conversation even though we weren't their clients; they wanted to share their knowledge and experiences with us. You can't get customer service like that anywhere else, believe me. We booked a trip to Hawaii and she took care of everything. We needed a hotel the day before and after our trip, she took care of that. I didn't have to do anything at all. She took care of our flights, hotel and gave us suggestions on what to do while we are in Hawaii. All we have to do is to have fun and relax while we are there. I know that if I run into problems, Vicki is a phone call away to help us. You can't get that from a web-site!! This is the best customer service anyone could ask for. I didn't have to call her first or e-mail her looking for the information I requested. Vicki got right back to me with the information and if I needed additional information, I didn't have to wait days. She got back to me within hours. This is why everyone needs a travel agent. It doesn't matter if you are booking a hotel for a night or whole vacations package, don't do it by yourself. I recommend Travel Unlimited to anyone and everyone. The customer service is outstanding. Thank you so much for being so wonderful to work with.
